Do I need to connect my broker?
No. Add your live or prop accounts by name and balance, then journal your sessions. Your dashboard is built from your journal entries.
How does the Chrome extension work?
The optional extension reads your account summary from TradingView's broker panel, warns you as you approach your daily loss limit, and locks the screen at the limit. It never places, changes or cancels orders, and no broker credentials are required.
Which brokers does the extension support?
The extension works with any broker that displays account data in TradingView's broker panel. This includes most major futures and forex brokers available on TradingView.
Is my trading data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use Supabase for data storage which maintains SOC 2 Type II compliance. We never sell or share your trading data.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. Premium continues until the end of your billing period, then your account moves to the free plan and keeps all your data.
Does PNLGuard work on mobile?
The web app is accessible on mobile browsers. The Chrome extension requires a desktop browser. For the best experience, we recommend using PNLGuard on desktop.
What happens to my data if I delete my account?
All your personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days of account deletion. You can export your data before deleting from Settings → Danger Zone.
